Daffy is the Goddess of Gin. First written about in the 1700s, her essence has been distilled down into Daffy’s small batch gins. This gift pack includes three 200ml bottles of fantastically festive gins and liqueurs. The bottles include the figurehead illustration of ‘Daffy’ as painted in 2014 by Robert McGinnis, the artist behind the Breakfast at Tiffany’s, James Bond and Barbarella posters. The gin itself is crafted at the Strathmashie Distillery in the Cairngorms National Park by a former winemaker and whisky distiller called Chris Molyneaux. He steeps classic botanicals and more exotic ingredients in French wheat grain spirit before distilling them in an ancient copper pot whisky still. Bottled with the purest Scottish spring water at a perfectly balanced strength, the results are quite simply the elixir of the gods.
