Digby

Digby Fine English is named after Sir Kenelm Digby, the Brit who invented the modern wine bottle in the 1630s. Without his strengthened bottles, sparkling wine would still be exploding in cellars throughout the world. Fast-forward to today and winemaking legend Dermot Sugrue lent his expertise to Trevor Clough and Jason Humphries, who are responsible for bringing the modern iterations to your table. These bottles of multi-award-winning effervescent Englishness hail from vineyards that stretch out on chalky soils along the White Cliffs of Dover. Stylish and precise, as if cut by a Saville Row tailor, Digby should be sipped with a stiff upper lip.
