Saint-Péray Brut

Domaine du Biguet is a seven hectares estate that stretches over the villages of Saint-Péray and Toulaud for the white wines, and Cornas for the red wine. A truly family affair, the domain can count on unique terroir and old vines to produce pure expressions from Marsanne and Syrah.
Made from 100% Marsanne, this Saint-Péray Brut is a flavoursome, bottle-fermented sparkling wine with a lovely creamy mousse. Appealing apricot, white flowers, violet and brioche aromas accompany an elegant, dry finish. A brilliant cuvée to enjoy on its own or alongside canapés and smoked salmon.
