Roc'Ambulle Pét-Nat Négrette 2015

Situated in the Fronton, not far from Bordeaux, Le Roc is a champion of local, lesser-known varieties. Sustainable viticulture is practiced in the domaine, with great attention given to preserving the natural equilibrium between vines and soil. The estate’s sheep are used for mowing and wild plants are encouraged to grow between the rows of vines. Everything is kept as natural as possible.

Made from Négrette, a local grape variety from Fronton, Roc'Ambulle 2015 is a low-alcohol, low-sulphur goodie. Dark pink in colour and discernibly sweet, it has a gorgeous mousse and oozes sweet cherries, raspberries and pear drop flavours. Perfect for pairing fruit-based desserts or for summer dining when served ice-cold.
