A blend of specially selected aged rums - the youngest being no less than 12 years old - El Dorado 12 Year Old is a blend of spirits from the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills plus the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, which are blended to perfection and aged in old Bourbon oak casks. Pronounced and mellow on the nose, aromas of tropical fruits, honey and dark sugar are set against suggestions of spice and dried fruit.
