• Gift Experiences are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Experiences and Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, in whole or in part.
• Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, used as a deposit on a credit agreement or used as payment on a Harvey Nichols charge card.
• Harvey Nichols reserves the right to provide an alternative Gift Experience of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Wine tasting experiences are available for guests aged 18 or over only.
• All wine tasting Gift Experiences are subject to availability at selected Harvey Nichols stores.
• Please note that allergens are used on our premises.  Should you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements please inform your waiter on the day of your Gift Experience visit.
• All beverages may contain sulphites. Wines may contain sulphites, eggs, fish, crustaceans, milk or gluten used as a fining agent. 
• All prices featured are inclusive of V.A.T. 
• Any additional extra items, not included in the Gift Experience, will be charged separately on the day of your Gift Experience visit to store and a discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your dining bill.
