The historic and highly regarded Champagne house of Gosset represents one of Champagne’s most recognisable and cherished names. The new, restyled bottle is designed to show the iconic bottle shape of the maison as well as emphasise the purity of Gosset’s wine. Composed of a multi vintage blend this Blanc De Blancs NVChampagne is a 100% Chardonnay release that spends a lengthy five years on the lees and weighs in at a very dry 7 g/l of residual sugar. Elegant and restrained on the nose, this brilliant Blanc De Blancs displays delicate notes of almonds, lemon, truffle and mineral. Dry, zesty and lean on the palate, indulgent flavours of nuts, mineral, citrus fruit and toast are revealed which last long on a complex, attractive and persistent finish. Try it with hake, turbot in wild mushroom sauce for a great food and wine pairing.
