Chill with a classic Chilean produced on the 150-year-old Errázuriz Estate where gentle Pacific breezes meet the foothills of the Andes under sunny South American skies. These are heavenly conditions for Chardonnay grapes creating tropical fruit deliciousness with every mouthful.

This cool-climate South American Chardonnay originates from one of Chile’s northernmost wine regions; an area dominated by the beautiful snow-capped peak of Mount Aconcagua the highest mountain in the Americas. And it was crafted by one the country’s very best wineries who are at the very forefront of sustainable and organic viticulture.

The crisp mountain air from the Andes and cold coastal winds from the Pacific Ocean combine to create a unique local climate that allows the grapes to ripen slowly resulting in wines bursting with intensity elegance and freshness. The grapes were picked by hand and rigorously selected to ensure only the best fruit arrives at the winery in perfect condition. Fermented in French oak barrels 20% of which were expensive brand-new casks where it remained maturing on the fine lees for ten months.

The colour of golden straw this complex wine has alluring aromas of grapefruit lemon papaya pineapple and melon. On the palate there’s more citrus and tropical fruit combined with subtle dried fruit almond croissant and creamy notes which are finely balanced by refreshing acidity leading to a long rounded finish.

Delicious as an aperitif or with salads and starters this wine will also complement a wide range of fish and poultry creamy sauces and dishes containing tropical fruits.
