• Gift Experiences and Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, in whole or in part.
• Gift Cards must be redeemed in full instore on the day of the Private Shopping appointment and cannot be redeemed over multiple visits.
• Any amount not redeemed during the appointment will be forfeited.
• Harvey Nichols reserves the right to provide an alternative Gift Experience of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
