• Gift Experiences are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Experience vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, in whole or in part.
• Gift Experience vouchers must be redeemed in full instore on the day of the Private Shopping appointment and cannot be redeemed over multiple visits.
• Any amount not redeemed during the appointment will be forfeited.
• Harvey Nichols reserves the right to provide an alternative Gift Experience of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Gift Experience vouchers must be redeemed at the Harvey Nichols store hosting the experience and cannot be redeemed at other Harvey Nichols stores.
• If you choose to have your items delivered directly to your home or hotel, this must be within the UK and will be sent on same day delivery within a five-mile radius of the store, or next day delivery for outside five miles.
• Makeup tutorials and bespoke fragrance consultations are available on request as part of the appointment and are subject to availability.
• Please note, different brands are available at different Harvey Nichols sites.
• Gift Experience vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, used as a deposit on a credit agreement or used as payment on a Harvey Nichols charge card.
• When purchasing a Gift Experience online, a printed Gift Experience voucher will be dispatched by post. This contains all of the information needed for the gift recipient to make their booking at the relevant Harvey Nichols store. 
• The voucher can be sent to the purchaser or it can be shipped directly to the gift recipient, by adding their address as the delivery contact at the checkout.
