• Gift Experiences are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Experiences and Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, in whole or in part.
• Gift Cards must be redeemed in full in-store on the day of the Personal Shopping appointment and cannot be redeemed over multiple visits. Any amount not redeemed during the appointment will be forfeited.
• Harvey Nichols reserves the right to provide an alternative Gift Experience of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Gift Cards must be redeemed at the Harvey Nichols store hosting the experience and cannot be redeemed at other Harvey Nichols stores.
