Highland Park

Highland Park has been making award-winning Single Malt Scotch Whisky the same way for over 225 years. Made in the beautifully remote and windswept location of Orkney; the surprisingly mild climate, coupled with the finest sherry seasoned oak casks, means the whisky matures slowly, gracefully, and quietly, even while wild winds rage outside. The distillery has built an award-winning reputation based on its unique location and their smoked barley using hand-cut, heather-rich 4,000-year-old peat from Hobbister Moor. This creates a complex floral aroma intensely balanced with smoky sweetness; a dynamic and unexpected contrast found only in Highland Park whiskies.
