Inspired by their admiration for London’s urban beekeepers and the capital’s thriving craft beer scene, Hiver created the ultimate Honey Beer.

This dry, crisp and deeply refreshing blonde beer is brewed with English blossom and heather honeys. Most of the sugar is fermented away, leaving just the rich flavour and wonderfully summery aromatics. Winner of a European Beer Star Gold Medal, it uses cascade hops to layer tangy grapefruit and spiced lemon notes over the classic custard cream biscuit and honey flavours on the palate.
