Organic Gin 500ml

Hven Gin represents a new, top quality, handcrafted release from the Swedish island of Hven, situated in the Öresund Strait between Denmark and Sweden.

This tasty organic wheat gin is both pot distilled and oak matured with botanicals such as juniper, grains of paradise, citrus, aniseed and guinea pepper. A period of oak maturation gives the spirit an oily and smooth mouthfeel and notable point of difference on the palate which lends itself well to robust, full bodied cocktails. Notes of citrus set against suggestions of vanilla and gentle juniper, and on the palate there is a depth of flavour; warming Sichuan pepper, citrus peel and anise.
