Swedish designer Johan Lindeberg founded J.Lindeberg in Stockholm in 1996, with the intention of challenging traditional golf attire. Lindeberg has since redesigned sportswear to be slim in silhouette, and uses progressive, technical tailoring techniques and fabrics. His belief that menswear should be both functional and athletically stylish led him to expand into ski clothing and later into everyday suits and modern, casual separates.
