This gorgeous rosé Cava is crafted using Pinot Noir grown on the vineyard next to Juvé & Camps’ winery in Espiells. The purest free-run juice is macerated on the skins for around 12 hours to extract that jaw-dropping sunset pink colour. The flavour is equally as intense and dramatic; red cherry, strawberry sorbet, floral honey and toasted crusty bread. Serve this in the sunshine or when you want to evoke it, and consider serving it with pasta, cherry tomatoes, red mullet, tapas or a croissant with strawberry jam.
