Smoked Paprika Sweet 70g

Probably the most instantly recognisable smoked paprika on the planet. Pimentón de la Vera is smoked paprika with its very own ‘Denominación de Origen’ status, yes that’s right, this is fine wine grade spice. And La Chinata are the masters of creating it.

Peppers are grown in 52 designated villages and are smoked by the growers giving lots of complexity and depth of flavour. La Chinata then grind them in stone mills, before trapping the smoky and bittersweet goodness in their bright red tins.

We’re yet to find many savoury dishes that a teaspoon of this doesn’t improve. Either throw it straight into the pot or use it as a dramatic seasoning at the table.
