Brut Nature Starck Edition Vintage Champagne 2009

This is the second collaboration between Champagne Roederer and artist Philippe Starck. Grapes grown exclusively in the Cóteaux de Cumiéres 2009 Brut Nature have spent five years in cellar and six months in bottle after disgorging to attain perfect maturity. 2009 was a glorious sun-soaked summer leading to excellent grape ripeness. This accomplished wine has no dosage and boasts intense aromas of honeysuckle, peach and dried nuts. With a lovely texture on the palate, this is a charming wine of great length and elegance.
