To enhance the winemaking process and ensure consistent quality and complex flavours, every good vintage year some of the very best wines are aged in large oak casks located in Roederer's reserve wine cellar.

The Brut Premier is the quintessence of Louis Roederer’s house style; a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier sourced from various crus selected by Louis Roederer and aged for three years in the cellars of the house. This expression displays the perfect balance between youthfulness and maturity, seduction and character, freshness and vinosity, a champagne that is harmonious and structured, elegant and lively, with a richness and length that makes it distinctly winey.
