Turmeric and Pepper is a perfect pair: turmeric and black pepper each have oral benefits, due to the compounds curcumin and piperine. How to Use
Put a small amount of toothpaste (about the size of a pea) on the head of the toothbrush. Insert the toothbrush into your mouth at about a 45-degree angle to your gums and use gentle short strokes to brush your teeth. Brush teeth for 2 minutes. After brushing, spit out any excess toothpaste. Don't rinse your mouth immediately after brushing, as it will wash away the concentrated active ingredients in the remaining toothpaste, this dilutes it and reduces it’s preventative effects.
Keep out of reach of children. Gum problems or sensitive teeth are sometimes associated with other oral problems. If symptoms persist, consult your dentist as soon as possible. Not suitable for children 16 years and under.
