Eau de Vie de Fraise

Gilbert Miclo founded the Miclo Distillery in 1965 in Alsace and has since become established as one of France’s leading producers of eau de vie – also known as fruit brandies. Miclo’s reputation has been built on the incredible fruit purity and expressiveness that is captured in these spirits, which are generally enjoyed as digestifs. Incredibly fruity and pure, the nose is bursting with personified fresh strawberry aromas, whilst the palate is dry yet flavoursome with a smooth balance and surprising depth. A fine example of eau de vie which is delicious when served chilled as either an aperitif or digestif.
