Although we usually prefer to get our daily intake of juniper via gin and tonic or Martini, we have to admit to being rather partial to Mill & Mortar’s Organic Juniper. These tangy Mediterranean berries are wonderful in game dishes, pickles, sauerkraut, stews, goulash, jams, crumbles and curing fish. They can also be used as a dramatic garnish for gin and tonic or cocktails.
