Organic True Cinnamon Chai 45g

Mill & Mortar has created the ultimate spiced tea using organic black tea from Sri Lanka, combined with a warming Sri Lankan-inspired spice blend of true cinnamon, cloves, ginger and cardamom. To create an almost instant cup of organic, comforting and warming goodness, simply steep one teaspoon per cup of boiling water for a couple of minutes. Strain or remove the filter and top with your milk of choice and sweetener if required. To make it the traditional way, bring the water and spiced tea mix almost to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes, then add the milk and sugar as it reheats, but stop short of bringing back to the boil. Serve it hot in mug or ice cold in a glass, with whipped cream or without, the choice is yours.
