Georges Monin dreamt up his eponymous label in 1912 in a small town in France. Over a century later the label has become a staple for baristas, restaurants, bars and homes across the world. After George died in 1944 his son Paul took over the business and abandoned wine production to instead focus on the syrups we’ve come to love today. Now a global sensation, the brand continues to flavour everything from our cappuccinos to flat whites.
