Conde de Haro Brut Reserva Cava 2016

An exquisite new sparkling wine from the world-renowned Rioja house, Muga.

Conde de Haro Brut Reserva is crafted in the traditional method made famous in Champagne, using predominantly Viura with a little Chardonnay grown in the same area as their incredible Prado Enea Rioja. Fermentation in oak and maturation on the lees for 22 months results in a rich, creamy and nutty Cava with dramatic yeasty bread, lemon sorbet and honey-caramelised nut notes. Manually riddled, this is a sophisticated and artisan sparkling wine that’s perfect for parties and gatherings, significantly overdelivering on its price point.

Muga was founded by Isaac Muga Martínez and his wife Auro Caño in 1932 and is now one of Rioja’s most iconic names. Based in the Alta sub-area of Rioja, the wines produced by Muga are traditional in style and are typically stylish, refined and aged for long periods.
