Low Intervention Organic Alcohol-Free Red No.1 is made from a supple blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes, which are picked by hand on a family-owned vineyard in Breganze, Veneto. The average vineyard produces 0.53kg of CO₂ per 750ml bottle, but the vineyards used for Oddbird’s Low Intervention wines produce just 0.08kg. So, not only is this wine better for your health, because it’s alcohol free, but it’s also better for the planet.

The fresh juice is spontaneously fermented and vinified in French oak barrels. Where the team at Oddbird excels is the skill in the de-alcoholising process, managing to retain all the intensity and juiciness of the wine.
