Bath Salts: Gently swirl a capful of crystals into a warm bath for a few seconds until they are completely dissolved. For best results, soak for 20 minutes two hours before going to sleep.
Bath Oil: Add approximately 1/3 capful (5ml) to a warm bath with a temperature of around 37℃. Agitate the surface of the water with your hand to disperse the oil. Relax. Restore. Renew.
Pillow Mist: Spritz two pumps of OLVERUM Restful Sleep Pillow Mist into the air, or directly onto linens from a distance of around 30cm. For best results, use immediately prior to rest or sleep.
