Created at Midleton, Redbreast is a living legend of the Irish whiskey scene. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley that’s triple-distilled in a traditional copper pot still, it first appeared in 1912 when Gilbeys began selling a whiskey distilled by Jameson’s that they had matured for 12 years. Although production ceased in 1985, it was soon re-launched due to popular demand and is now better than ever.
