Fresh berry fruit, rolling tobacco, Mediterranean herbs, dried flowers and a pinch of smoked pepper; this Tempranillo, Grenache and Graciano spends twelve months in oak, so does not lose its wonderful vibrancy and nervy energy. With fine wine pedigree and complexity, Aubocassa Extra Virgin Olive Oil is gently pressed from Arbequina olives and expresses intense lemon, kaffir lime leaf, raw almond, kale, green apple, white peach, crunchy pear, artichoke, green tomato, kiwi and gunpowder notes.
