Schloss Gobelsburg is one of the oldest wineries in Austria and one of unmistakable quality. Until 1995, the monks of the Zwettl Monastery tended to the vineyards, pioneering organic viticulture practices which are very much at the heart of the estate today. Stretched over 35 hectares of historical vineyard sites, the estate is blessed with a wide variety of different soil and micro-climatic conditions.

A blend of Pinot Noir, Riesling and Gruner Vetliner, this Sekt is incredibly fresh and mineral, with aromas of wet stones, white flowers and unripe melon. Quite dry, with a lovely acidity, it can complement canapés, noble seafood and smoked salmon.
