Christmas Cinnamon, Ginger & Cardamom Gin Miniature 50ml - The Secret Garden Distillery

Christmas Cinnamon, Ginger & Cardamom Gin Miniature 50ml

Splash a little tonic into this limited-edition Christmas Gin and its blush colour will transform into the most beautiful vibrant pink, to almost rival Rudolf’s nose. Back by popular demand, this miniature bottle is the perfect stocking filler. Distilled using the spicy trio of cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, it conjures up notes of mince pie, lebkuchen and the festive Finnish delicacy pulla. Infused with handpicked mallow petals to provide its holiday hue, this spiced gin will make the ultimate yuletide colour-changing G&Ts, especially if garnished with dried orange and a cinnamon stick.

In 2012, the husband and wife team of Hamish and Liberty Martin – an ex-wine merchant with a first-class diploma in Herbology and a trained beekeeper with a penchant for antiques – bought a derelict plot of land at the foot of the Pentland Hills on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Over several years they transformed that wasteland into The Secret Herb Garden, which is now home to over 600 naturally and sustainably grown and tended to plants. Although it was never their intention, in 2017 they launched an acclaimed range of 100% natural flavour gins, which rapidly became bestsellers at Harvey Nichols. The Secret Garden Distillery, formerly known as The Old Curiosity Distillery, creates spirits that are deeply rooted in nature. All the botanicals used, from the juniper to the signature flowers, are hand-tended, handpicked, air-dried and lovingly infused. There are no added sugars, artificial colourings, flavourings or additives, this is gin as nature intended.
