Representing the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit, Seedlip was launched by creator Ben Branson. Inspired by The Art of Distillation - a book written in 1651 on distilled non-alcoholic remedies – Ben replicated the art of making non-alcoholic herbal remedies using small copper stills.

On a mission to solve the what-to-drink-when-you’re-not-drinking-alcohol dilemma, Seedlip simulates the experience of drinking alcohol via a complex botanical flavour profile that marries astoundingly well with tonic water.

The debut drink from the brand, Seedlip Spice 94 is an aromatic and earthy blend of copper-pot distillates, including allspice, cardamom, lemon and grapefruit. It is crafted in a similar manner to a gin, just without the alcohol – and no added sugar or sweeteners. Seedlip can be served over ice in a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio with a range of mixers, and works particularly well with straight tonic and a grapefruit twist.
