Himalayan Pink Salt & Grater 200g

Renowned for its remarkable purity, chunky Himalayan pink salt crystals can be grated over dishes in a gossamer dusting using this kit. Harvested from ancient seabeds of the Jurassic era 250 million years ago, this sendha namak salt and grater make a fancy flourish for dinner parties, but also – although it may sound unusual – it’s a great way to reduce salt consumption because it applies a much more delicate seasoning than flakes or grinders, and makes you much more aware of the quantity you are adding. We particularly love it on fish and as a dusting for homemade chocolate caramel truffles.
