Java Long Pepper 30g

This aromatic long pepper from the Indonesian island of Java, sometimes called pipli, has a truly unique character. Accompanying the classic black pepper flavour, you’ll discover notes of eucalyptus, liquorice, aniseed, cinnamon and spicy heat. We particularly like it grated on our morning scramble or carbonara, for adding an exotic twist to curries and tagines, and even as a flourish in a gin and tonic.
