Morel Mushrooms 20g
One of the richest and most highly prized mushrooms, morels are instantly recognisable by their honeycomb cap and pale stem. Handpicked and dried, these only need to be rehydrated to add an earthy and umami richness to anything they touch. We love them in a cream sauce or a risotto, served by the side of roasted squash or steak. Our top tip is to rehydrate them by boiling them for seven minutes, but don’t discard the water – keep it as an incredible stock by freezing it in an ice cube tray.
