Tarquin's Cornish Gin

Tarquin Leadbetter’s Southwestern Distillery in Cornwall produces craft gin at its absolute finest. Their copper stills sit on a bed of bricks, are heated by a naked flame and are sealed with bread dough. Everything is done by hand, including the bottling, labelling, signing and wax dipping. This is the kind of back-to-basics that every craft drinker will love. It was the first new distillery in Cornwall for over a century and the flavours in the range of Tarquin’s Cornish Gin are simply mind blowing. But that should come as no surprise because young Mr Leadbetter was a classically trained Cordon Bleu chef before embarking on his gin adventure.
