Crafted from organic Tempranillo grapes grown on sandy and chalky vineyards in the south of Spain, it’s de-alcoholised in a manner that retains all the crunchy aromatics and is then lightly carbonated. Forget those sickly sweet sparkling grape juices, this is serious wine – medium dry and crisply refreshing. Think scrumping red apples in an orchard, summer berry sorbets, strawberry granita and a balancing redcurrant acidity. A great alternative to wine at celebrations, parties, picnics or with any manner of food.
