Based in the picturesque gingerbread town of Ribeauvillé, they have built an enviable reputation for the quality of their entire range over 13 generations. Réserve Cuve 7 Pinot Noir is named after the tank it was first produced in. Only produced in exceptional vintages, the fruit comes from the family’s finest terroirs, particularly the Rotenberg vineyard. This is a truly exceptional Pinot Noir and – with its strawberry, cherry, redcurrant and blackberry notes – one of favourite summer reds, especially if served lightly chilled. Gorgeously refreshing with a barbeque, perfect with pâtés at a picnic, a skilful dance partner for bean-based stews, and a cheeky match to a cheeseboard.
