2018 was a cooler vintage, giving this wine stunning finesse. Matured in French oak for nine months, Vasse Felix’s Premier Chardonnay is modern Margaret River at its very best. Expect crunchy peach, croissant, roasted cashews, candle wax, lemon zest, blossom, grapefruit sorbet and salty beach pebbles. This is simply sensational at any time of year, but we’d love to serve it up at Christmas with all trimmings.
