Lucy and William Lowe were motivated to found Cambridge Distillery while walking through the meadows that surround the city. To achieve this they developed a unique novo-dimensional distillation matrix that allows them to tailor nine different variables (including temperature time pressure and six other parameters) to each botanical that they use. Named the “world’s most innovative distillery” three consecutive times their scientific approach dedication and attention to detail is reminiscent of Heston Blumenthal.
