Established in 1954 Cave de Hunawihr is a small cooperative of around 100 members that was created to try and regenerate winemaking after the devastation of World War II. Based in the Haut-Rhin about 9km from Colmar they’ve become one of the most respected and reliable producers in all of Alsace.
