A blend of 70% Pinot Noir mostly sourced from the Montagne de Reims and 30% Chardonnay from the Côte de Blancs. The Henriot Milésimé Rosé 2005 displays a beautiful pink colour with a few orange highlights. The mineral notes on the nose reveal discreet aromas of red berry fruit and redcurrant jelly finishing on a dominant strawberry note. The palate is fresh and elegant the wine is delicious and generous with aromatic complexity of red fruit and lovely ripeness.
