Instant Eye Makeup Remover Shake the bottle well to combine the 2 phases. Soak a cotton pad Lightly press the pad onto the lashes for 10 seconds. Slide the cotton pad downwards and then upwards, gently lifting the lashes. Fold the cotton pad in half and place under the eye, slide outwards and dry. For the second eye, take a new cotton pad and repeat the same process.
