The Cotswolds Distillery’s founder and CEO Daniel Szor had always dreamt of combining his Single Malt Spirit with cream. Finding a partner in Tipperary – home to many of the finest cream liqueurs – he was able to realise that dream. Blending fresh Irish cream with their unaged pot still whisky made with locally grown barley has created a silky smooth small batch release of Cotswold Cream Liqueur. Chill before serving then sip its vanilla heather butterscotch and malted milk biscuit deliciousness neat or poured over ice cream. More comforting and creamy than a bowl of porridge – just right. Once opened refrigerate and consume within six months.

The Cotswold Distillery may have been producing incredible gin over the last few years but their much anticipated whisky is the talk of the town. The first casks were laid down in 2014 with a little help from the former Distillery Manager at Bowmore Harry Cockburn and the late Dr. Jim Swan – a celebrated whisky maker described as “the Einstein of whisky” and who was instrumental in setting up a raft of great distilleries including Kavalan Penderyn Kilchoman Victoria Caledonian and Milk & Honey. Their Odyssey Barley is grown on farms in the Cotswolds and it’s traditionally floor-malted at the Warminster Maltings. This is fermented with Anchor and Fermentis yeasts and local water before being distilled. So what you find in this bottle is a sensational snapshot of the rolling hills clean air honey-coloured stone busy farms and bustling market towns of the Cotswolds with just a little Irish charm thrown in for good measure.
