Hills & Harbour Burnt Orange & Smoked Pineapple Distilled Gin Cocktail is the world’s first distilled cocktail. They’ve smoked pineapples and torched oranges macerated them pressed them and distilled all that big fruit flavour into a firecracker of a cocktail. It also includes a little natural sweetness and the award-winning Hills & Harbour Gin as the base which is created with bladderwrack seaweed to provide a seashore scent and a salty twang noble fir pine needles to add a clean herby note and a rich mouthfeel and nine other botanicals to deliver a peppery and surprisingly fruity balance.
Containing nothing artificial just a wheelbarrow-load of fruit and lots of hard graft in every batch Crafty Distillery put in all the work so you don’t have to. Simply sip Hills & Harbour Burnt Orange & Smoked Pineapple Distilled Gin Cocktail neat pour it over the rocks shake it with ice to create a kind of Martini or treat it like a gin and top it up with your favourite tonic water. Not interested in jargon highfalutin ways and overly elaborate cocktails all they want to do is make a high-quality grain-to-glass spirits that introduces the drinker to their beautiful remote and scenic corner of Scotland.
