Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Centres were born of Cuoco’s experimentation with different flavours and textures within a single biscuit. Consider them a modern luxury revamp of that popular orange biscuit that begins with a “J”. All-butter shortbread rounds are topped with dark chocolate and raspberry ganache before being fully dipped in sustainable cocoa 70% dark chocolate and then sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberry pieces. Bitter and sweet soft and crunchy rich and tangy; it’s a rollercoaster for the senses.
