Milk Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline Centres were born of Cuoco’s experimentation with different flavours and textures within a single biscuit. Consider them a modern luxury revamp of that popular orange biscuit that begins with a “J”. All-butter shortbread rounds are piped with hazelnut praline before being fully dipped in sustainable cocoa milk chocolate and then topped with a whole hazelnut. It feels like we’ve died and gone to gianduja heaven.

Cuoco are not just biscuit bakers they’re taste makers. Bored by the thin flavourless and mediocre biscuits on the market they decided to craft an ambitious new breed of biscuits that are both visually dramatic and unbelievably delicious. The name Cuoco comes from the Italian word for chef but is also a nod to their stunning cocoa which is 100% sustainably sourced helping to create brighter futures for cocoa farmers.
