It’s crafted at the Strathmashie Distillery in the Cairngorms National Park by a former winemaker and whisky distiller called Chris Molyneaux. He steeps classic botanicals, intense Lebanese mint and rare lemon varieties in French wheat grain spirit before distilling them in an ancient copper pot whisky still.
