Luminary No 2 is the second chapter in the series curated in partnership with V&A Dundee, Scotland’s design museum. This sophisticated expression has been matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and finished in both Graham’s Tawny Port pipes and Apostoles Sherry Casks, with the lightest touch of exceptionally rare peated Dalmore adding a whisper of sweet herbal woodsmoke to complement the distinctive elements of the house style. Aromas of manuka honey, crème brûlée and antique leather delicately combine with tropical notes of pomegranate, guava and cherry blossom. Bursts of ripe figs, Seville oranges, forest fruits, passion fruit, light roasted Columbian coffee, fermented black limes and the rich baked nuances of baked brioche coat the mouth, leaving an intensity and length that will keep you coming back for more.
