Delamotte’s Blanc de Blancs NV is a superlative expression of Chardonnay very respectful of the primary characteristic of this grape variety. The Maison’s winemaking is also focused on protecting the fragrant and mineral quality of the wine: stainless steel minimum dosage and little reserve wine is used. The result is an intensely mineral wine with textbook aromas of chalk wet stone as well as elegant and succulent pear and white peach.
